How to Apply
Click Create an Account. Your username and password must each be at least 6 characters. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application* for your child(ren). You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. A fee of $75 must be submitted with each application. Please note: If you are hoping to apply for Oklahoma's new education tax credits, you must first apply to be a student at CBA and be accepted. The tax credit application for the 2025-2026 school year is expected to open on February 18, 2025. You will want to complete CBA's new student application process before February in order to have the best opportunity to receive education tax credit funds.
